Uploaded media is automatically deleted from our processing environment shortly after transcripts are generated. Transcript outputs stored in your account dashboard remain available until you delete them or request removal. We do not sell or rent your personal information. Limited sharing occurs only with vendors who enable the product:

• Cloud infrastructure providers that securely host our application, databases, and encrypted storage.

• Payment gateways such as Stripe or PayPal that handle billing and refund workflows.

Each vendor only receives the minimum data needed to perform their service, and all are bound by confidentiality obligations.

We apply encryption in transit and at rest, segregated processing queues, rate limiting, and continuous monitoring to protect your files. Access to production systems is restricted to trained personnel with multi-factor authentication.
